here's a few helpful hints... a full breakfast is key to keeping your metablolism on target all day.. they say that oatmeal is the best thing you can have in the morning! and i try and eat small meals all day... snacks you know... gronola bars... veggies and dip.. fruit.. and with supper (my mom is low carbing! so i guess that means i am too!) we have either chicken or fish a veggie and a salad... some days i NEED desert... and if i've been good mostly.. i let myself have it.. because if i don't.. i'll just go nuts one day on candy good luck.. i'm here doing it with you
