instead of eating just 3 meals a day, make it into about 5-8 SMALL meals a day. include items from all basic food groups if you can, STAY AWAY FROM COLAS AND DONT EAT A LOT OF STARCHY FOODS! Drink PLENTY of water, min. of 8 glasses a day. theres plenty of carbs in things like tortillas, rice, and bread. im hispanic too, and i know how it is...you eat one wrong thing, and its straight to the thighs~! :-P (well, not really but you understand what im getting at) and believe me, being hispanic, we eat all the tortillas, rice, and oily foods we can take! just cut out about half of your tortilla serving, and im sure youll notice some difference :-P if you really want to lose this weight, you will find a way! i wish you luck!
