Okay so I've been thinking, I am so fat, I am 5' 1", and weight 124lbs. I think I need to loose at least 10 lbs

I dont know how, I already go to the gym

I go Monday thru Friday at least 2 to 3 hours. I dont diet and I am thinking maybe I should

. I am mexican therefore I eat alot of mexican food, including my favorite of course, Tortilla

. Tortillas are in every one of my meals, I am willing to sacriface and stop eating them

. How can I loose these annoying pounds, what is making me so fat

, Age?? I am going on 31!! OH no

I am old. Does anyone low-carb diet or no-carb diet here? Any tips on how to loose those extra pounds???
