You are right, it's not about the number on the scale. I just dont feel good

I think I'm going to start cutting those carbs and see what happens

I do want to loose those extra 10 lbs by at least April

I think I can do it as long as I watch what I eat

I was thinking of eating alot of raw veggies. I think it might have to do with age also

when I was younger i could eat a horse and not gain an ounce
