| ![]() Well I just started yesterday! Does anyone know of any good red dry wines? Are semi-dry ones ok (after the first two weeks). I have heard and read soooo much of the benefits of a small glass of red wine I also wanted to be able to do this on the low carb diet. I have read some and know that the dry ones are ok but wasn't sure about the semi-dry ones and am not sure if their are any good ones (I tend to like the sweeter ones and know this will be hard if not impossible to find a dry one I like)! I hope someone has some advice! Thanks!!! ![]() |

| ![]() Just a warning that I experienced yesterday and today. With this diet you really don't feel hungry but you need to make sure you eat enough! Yesterday afternoon I exercised and burned about 300 calories, a while later I started feeling so sick and it lasted all night and I felt even worse this morning. I started to think about it...I think I only had about 800 calories yesterday and I burned 300 of them off. ![]() |

| ![]() I think you need more protein and fat with your lunch. I need to find my book but I believe they are key to appetite suppression. Edit I just saw you had chicken in your salad...hmmm, I'm not sure. If you have too many carbs your appetite will come back right away, maybe add more chicken and a little less veggies |

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | ![]() So the trick is to eat more meat and cheese? Am I doing it wrong? |
