Oh goodness! yeah, thats not good !!!! Ok, what I wanna know is when is the appitite going to go away??? Today is day 4 (3 pounds dowm) but I'm hungry ALL day!
Today I've had: (please tell me if I'm eating too much)
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and one string cheese stick
Lunch: a big Lettuce salad with brocoli, cucumber, chicken, califlower, and parmesan cheese shreded sprinkled over it with ranch dressing.
2 pickles and about 5 cheese cubes
Dinner : unknown yet....
