you can get constipated

if you eat too much meat and cheese without a balance of vegetables so if you are increasing your protein, be sure to have a supply of veggies throughout the day. also, protein and fat are supposed to maintain your blood sugar at a constant level for a much longer time than simple carbohydrates because they take longer to digest, which is why you shouldn't be hungry all of the time. Your body is probably still in the process of "cleansing" itself from before. At some point, you should not feel hungry ALL of the time
