Also, I read somewhere that your stomache feels hunger pangs if you are thirsty too. Drink some water and see if that helps. THis diet is a diuretic and you will need more water than usual when you first start

I just bought a box of the cinibun bars your talked about, but have not tried them yet. Those have just 2 grams of carbs correct? They look good!

Oh and I bought some Breyers Chocholate Icecream and took a small spoon bite. (ok, 2 bites) Its GOOD !!!! I couldn't even tell the diff, and its made with Splenda.

I also went and bought Diet Rite. I'm a pepsi drinker. Its ok. Since I have to switch to diet its a big change for me but my husband LOVES it. Its made with splenda too.
I'm trying to drink only water and crystal light right now to clean me out. I'm doing 8 glasses of 8 ounces per day.

Before I started I drank almost zero water, so all the water I'm drinking now is a shock to my body! I was pepsi all the way!

You can buy the Atkin's diet book at Wal-Mart and most books stores...actually, you can probably still find it anywhere that sells books. that's really the only way to do the diet...by the book...until you learn the rules and you can wing it on your own. Remember, you can have snacks too. I've noticed a few wonderful benefits of drinking more water...the tiny lines under my eyes are all but gone and my skin is getting so soft.

Ya, crystal light is good. But you know what my favorite is? Sugar free Cherry Kool Aid! LOL

I also just bought some peach flavored sparkling water at walmart. It's pretty yummy too.

Ok I'm eating a Cinamon Bun Bar.......ahhhhhh yuck? I'm not digging it! But I'm doing it Well the carbs on the back say 15! But the front says net Atkin count is 2? So am I counting this as 2 or 15 ? I hope its 2 !!!!!!

Net carbs is the number after you subtract sugar alcohols and fiber from the total carbs. Since it is an atkins bar and it says 2 net carbs it should be fine. 15 is probably the total number of carbs

hahaha! They are an acquired taste I think. I should have said, out of all the bars these are the best ones...I know they aren't yummy But with coffee, they do ok for me. Definately can't eat one without something to drink
