Just a warning that I experienced yesterday and today. With this diet you really don't feel hungry but you need to make sure you eat enough! Yesterday afternoon I exercised and burned about 300 calories, a while later I started feeling so sick and it lasted all night and I felt even worse this morning. I started to think about it...I think I only had about 800 calories yesterday and I burned 300 of them off.

Not good! I did not do this on purpose.
