Well I just started yesterday! Does anyone know of any
good red dry wines? Are semi-dry ones ok (after the first two weeks). I have heard and read soooo much of the benefits of a small glass of red wine I also wanted to be able to do this on the low carb diet. I have read some and know that the dry ones are ok but wasn't sure about the semi-dry ones and am not sure if their are any good ones (I tend to like the sweeter ones and know this will be hard if not impossible to find a dry one I like)! I hope someone has some advice!
