LOL.... well since we are on a simple recipe roll I love this one PLUS it is very good for the waist.....
Take a couple of pieces of pork loin, smother them in mustard, add some peppercorn to both sides, add some kosher salt to taste and cook 8 minutes on each side then voila! Add any of your favorite dishes.. I love parmesean mashed potatoes..... good reviews from my family!!
