i aree with the entire post, but instead of asking what has he done lately - i think it's more of "what has he done RIGHT before doing the deed?"

my husband knows i don't care a bit about sex, but since he makes sure i'm taken care of first (most of the time) it makes it better. i think that's an issue with the OP - her husband won't "go there."

Are you me? LOL!!! Yep, you are absolutely right about us girls "going first" If my hubby didn't "go there" neither one of us would get there! Bottom line...Men, you gotta give before you get or you aint getting ANY!

lol - i agree. women are different! plain old sex just doesn't do it for me - i wish it did, but i could count on one hand the number i've times i've climaxed from sex alone.

i guess i'm lucky because every partner i've had (not that it's been a lot) have always WANTED to do it - and lucky for them! haha.

OMG! You are me! I have been married to dh for 25 years and it has been ZERO times! Thank my lucky stars "going there" gets him there!

Seriously! I could not have said this better myself. When my dh and I built our house, we got a master bathroom off of our bedroom with dual sinks. Ok, very common right? Well, nothing will turn me off faster than being in there with him. Ladies, there is nuttin sexy about the way a man takes care of his personal hygene! So, we do NOT have together time in the bathroom.. I leave if he comes in there even to brush his teeth! I have been married going on 25 years and intimate moments are something I always have and still do look forward to with my dh. I know all the BC hormones, depression and all that stuff plays a huge part...been there done that, including anti-depressants and hysterectomy. But, if your man is really in tune to your needs it does makes a HUGE difference and helps when the other things make it difficult. I know it is a subject that is often hard to talk to your spouse about, but do talk about it. Maybe he does not know what he needs to do to make you happy. Maybe you don't really know. Go on line and read, oh, COSMO magazine is great! My dd subscribed to that magazine, and my dh was the first to read it when it came in the mail.....hilarious!!!!

i agree with that! it was a huge relief when i was honest and told my husband i didn't care about sex. it saved us BOTH a lot of time and wasted energy. it came up pretty easily because he recognized i didn't want to. it would be harder to talk about if there was something sexual i wanted him to do that he wasn't doing or willing to do. i don't know how i'd handle that cus it's very awkward/embarrassing for me to talk about. luckily, i don't have that problem with him doing what it takes for me - so i feel sorry for the OP in that sense.

Oh, just wanted to say when I was on the pill I had terrible migraines. I kept blaming it on being on the computer too much during school. Once I stopped, the migraines stopped. The only time I have headaches now is when I'm hungover.

Someone mentioned not being able to be in the bathroom which her husband takes care of his personal hygiene.......interesting b/c when my babe is in his towel shaving....he looks SO HOTTTTT, I love it!!! Everyone is different...mind you, we have been married 2 yrs, so it might not be as sexy 23 yrs from now (but hopefully it will be!!!!)
