The additives, preservatives and synthetic vitamins our government allows in our food doesn't do your health any good. It's for the companies mass producing these foods and to keep them wealthy. That is all. I have been eating organic for over three years. I had no idea! I have eliminated many prescribed medications, that they themselves cause problems too. Try not to use any synthetic sweeteners. Cooking sprays. Oils. Etc. We are not programmed to digest that many synthetics. Day after day. Meal after meal. There are many flours, sugars, etc used in baking. It's all I use. The difference in my health has been profound. Good Luck *and drink lots of clean water!!

| Wow! That is great information! Where did you begin? It has seemed to be such a daunting task...but I know it will be so worth it..... I am trying to get my DH on the "bandwagon" but he just says "I am going to die happy"...aurgh.....I told him that he probably wouldn't even notice the difference (other than feeling better) over a time of eating healthy.

| Vinegar I dont know if any of you drink vinegar before every meal, but my sister and aunt have been doing and have lost so much weight! They drink 1 shot of vinegar before every meal. but my sister mixes hers with a drink mixer like spark or crystal light! I'm taking the pills and I feel better and cleaner inside. I think the best results come from drinking it though, my aunt has lost like 30lbs in 4 months!!! |

I have heard this too....and I tried drinking some apple cider vinegar each morning, but is was NASTY! Someone said to mix it w/ some lemon juice and honey...that made it EVEN worse!!! What kind of vinegar are they drinking? Maybe I did not do the right one. Anyway, I did hear that this was good for losing weight and just over all health!

| I used the apple cider vinegar along with really good olive oil for a salad dressing. Very tart. But it's good for you.

| Yes it does curve you appetite and slo kills "fat" and other bad stuff in your body. I know this is gross but if you do start taking vinegar you will have some nasty smelling farts, urine, and stools |

| I am not a sugar person and usually use splenda but over Christmas I binged like heck on all sorts of yummies and now I am trying to wean myself off the cravings. I am trying hard to revert back to the Atkins which I had success with. |

| That might mean you are way too acidic and that aint good!! Always in moderation. If we were meant to drink vinegar - it would be piped into our homes. Use it as a dressing, a marinade. Just go easy on it.

| I went on a NO MORE SUGAR diet. Gave me the worst headaches. I was so depressed. It was like a drug. It is in everything. Couldn't do fake sugar or sweeteners because of migraines. But it certainly made me aware of HOW MUCH I actually consumed during the day! The sugary drinks alone! No MORE. Just plain water. Cut back alot on sugar and useless carbs: white breads, white rice, etc. It's just good for your health.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | So far for the past 2 days i have been trying to stay off bad stuff. Me and my mom went and bought groceries, all healthy, all natural, all wholewheat, organic, etc. If i want something sweet i eat yogurt or an apple and it's been good so far. I'm hoping to stay strong...cause cravings are the worst. Sometimes i may want an icecream or something really bad and just crash.
