I went on a NO MORE SUGAR diet. Gave me the worst headaches. I was so depressed. It was like a drug. It is in everything. Couldn't do fake sugar or sweeteners because of migraines. But it certainly made me aware of HOW MUCH I actually consumed during the day! The sugary drinks alone! No MORE. Just plain water. Cut back alot on sugar and useless carbs: white breads, white rice, etc. It's just good for your health.
