| ![]() I would also sue to get the baby back. I could never sleep not knowing where the puppy was. You should at least be given the name of the family where the dog was so that you could contact them and see what's going on. It's great that you are not going to give them another puppy but what about this poor baby. I know you don't want to rehome this puppy again but I think it's better off back with you again. If you have a written contract you should be able to win. |

| ![]() I am so sorry, this must be really disappointing for you. I understand not wanting to move the puppy around again- why not just ask to speak with/ meet the new family- this way you can feel better knowing you know where your puppy is without having to move them again.

| ![]() Wow. So sorry this happened. They definitely should have come to you first. I'm afraid I'm not as kind as you, I would have given them hell when they called. Hope you feel better soon. |

| ![]() I agree with Nancy 1999 and Armani Man you should be able to find out where this puppy is located and visit the new owners. I think this would really give you peace of mind. I also would remind the old owners of the legal aspects of the contract that they ignored, if they are hesitant to give up the new address. Good Luck.

| ![]() This is only one of the reasons I have never had an interest in breeding, I would drive off any prospective buyer because of all my drilling. People lie! Of course they are going to tell you what you want to hear. Sorry, I just feel you need to be more proactive regarding the whereabouts of this little pup.

| ![]() I agree that since you do have a legal document and so you don't continually wonder how he's doing I would ask for a home check of the new owner, too. It might give you peace of mind to check on the puppy.

| ![]() You did the right thing in not selling to her again, and you should contact the breeder to let her know what happen in the event that lady goes to her for a puppy.

| ![]() That would make me sick, if something like that happened to me. I couldn't quit worrying and I would definitely seek out the puppy. I'd feel terrible wondering if the puppy was living in terrible conditions and not being properly cared for in a clean environment.
