I would be willing they sold the dog to "make ends meet." But I also wonder if they sold the dog for more than they paid you and maybe realize this could be a money maker for them. Either way, they can't be very bright if they think you would sell them another one of your babies after what they did.
I would pursue legal action as well, but that is costly so maybe it isn't an option. |

I had a horrid thought. Was the pup sold on a spay/neuter contract? Did they "rehome" the pup before the spay/neuter was done to get around that? I hate being so suspicious of people the "can't feed it, but want to buy another dog" story doesn't ad up. |
it wasnt disclosed in a contract..but when we were talking before and after the pick up it was agreed to have him neutered before puberty...at the vet i choose for her..because i called and got the price and said all she had to do was make the appt...the last time we chatted he was supposed to be neutered ..so im not sure if it was done or not
