I would also sue to get the baby back. I could never sleep not knowing where the puppy was. You should at least be given the name of the family where the dog was so that you could contact them and see what's going on. It's great that you are not going to give them another puppy but what about this poor baby. I know you don't want to rehome this puppy again but I think it's better off back with you again. If you have a written contract you should be able to win. |
