. I'm sure if this company has been around for sooo long-- She'll mail you another set diapers made and inspected, approved by herself -Sent confirmed delievery. Then you should applogize for attacking ones livly hood. It all in the approach. If policy is posted--the thats policy. Do you really think this company would risk their reputation of one sale.

COMPANY--"Do the right thing--step up and make it know on here...Take a photo of the new products and send it to the buyer at no cost. This will make your company look even more awesome. Just think of the message you'll be sending to all future buyers. It'll be worth it.
