It is a warehouse with an outlet store in the front. You still have to have a $50.00 min order, so I order every few months when Bailey needs pee pads.
The stuff in the outlet is very cheap..most of the toys are under $2.00, needless to say Bailey has a lot of toys...

When Toto was very young, and I was just learning about sizes, I ordered her some adorable little things from a site [which shall remain nameless, if they are still a member here, they will know! ], and the items were too small. I was in a time crunch and really wanted them before we flew to meet up with Patrick. I immediately packaged them up and returned them the same day along with a note explaining the reason and simply asked that I get credit later .... and I paid for the express return. I then got online and re-ordered the same things in the correct size, paid again for the items and the express shipping charges. I received a snippy email explaining her return policy and that I didn't follow it. I replied, profusely apologetic that I didn't know the "return policy", and explained the circumstances and that it wasn't the money, but the time and that next time I would follow her little return rule to the letter, but for now they were on their way! I received another snippy email explaining her return policy that sounded like "read my lips"! I realized that I was dealing with an idiot and just let it go. Guess what it cost her?? I occasionally look in on her site and Toto has just about everything that she carries! Guess where I bought them?? Yep! Anywhere but there!!

I would love to have that store even w/in a three hour drive of here - heck, I wouldn't mind if it was more! That is great!

Sooooo, did you never get your money back? That is horrible!!!! You know, word of mouth spreads like fire - I am sure you could have caused her to lose quiet abit of business! I know people have a return policy for a reason, but sometimes, those could (and should) be easily over looked!

It is a fun place to shop, the employees in the outlet store are so nice and very helpful. I ordered the wrong size once (my mistake) so I did an exchange and it was no problem, then I added a bunch of stuff they had just gotten in, so they just rerang everything so I wouldn't get charged a surcharge for not spending the min. amount and I didn't even ask...they have always been more then fair to me. No complaints...

That is awful! Businesses need to learn customer service is the key! I do hope you did get your money back! Especially since you did a reorder and paid again. If not, that is a place nobody needs to shop!

No refund or credit was ever issued. Every time anyone asks about good sites to order from, I just eliminate her from the list. That, coupled with all the things that I haven't ordered has pretty much made me feel more than refunded!! I know that there are return policies but they are "altered" every day. It wasn't like I wanted her to not charge me for the second order or asking for credit for express shipping, etc. I just wanted credit for the merchandise at a later date and felt that was reasonable. I simply didn't have time to send it back, wait for another size and keep my schedule. It really wasn't like it cost her anything. I believe she used to be a member [at the beginning of her online business], but I can't remember her name. It's been almost 3 years ago.

Ok, not only did the above occur, but I was supposed to receive a free bottle of Andis blade dip when I purchased two blades. Well, I purchased three blades and they didn't send the dip.

I contacted them and they apologized and said they would send it out right away.

This morning I got an e-mail telling me it is on BACKORDER and if it doesn't meet their $15.00 minimum, it will be cancelled!!!!!! This is supposed to be a FREE item! I am really angry at this company. I wrote them another e-mail, trying to stay calm and polite....... what lousy customer care and service.
