Ok, not only did the above occur, but I was supposed to receive a free bottle of Andis blade dip when I purchased two blades. Well, I purchased three blades and they didn't send the dip.

I contacted them and they apologized and said they would send it out right away.

This morning I got an e-mail telling me it is on BACKORDER and if it doesn't meet their $15.00 minimum, it will be cancelled!!!!!! This is supposed to be a FREE item! I am really angry at this company. I wrote them another e-mail, trying to stay calm and polite....... what lousy customer care and service.
