No refund or credit was ever issued. Every time anyone asks about good sites to order from, I just eliminate her from the list. That, coupled with all the things that I haven't ordered has pretty much made me feel more than refunded!! I know that there are return policies but they are "altered" every day. It wasn't like I wanted her to not charge me for the second order or asking for credit for express shipping, etc. I just wanted credit for the merchandise at a later date and felt that was reasonable. I simply didn't have time to send it back, wait for another size and keep my schedule. It really wasn't like it cost her anything. I believe she used to be a member [at the beginning of her online business], but I can't remember her name. It's been almost 3 years ago.
