Yes, a review of the pads. Maybe we can get together and compare my Jaraden one to the one you got. I only paid $15 for mine, but it's meant to be small.

I haven't ordered from them in a long time. I was looking at some items not too long ago and saw that they do have some negative reviews though not as many reviews as I would have thought a big company like that would have. Maybe they have gotten too big. I do think their prices are quite high unless they are having a sizable sale.

I jsut ordered two items from them this afternoon, teeth and ear care, and am still waiting for a confirmation email. I called them for the second time around 2p, and was told that I would receive an email within ten minutes. That was over six houts ago, and I'm still waiting.

Not surprised. I never got confirmation email either. Plus when I tried to log in to look up my tracking number it said my password was wrong. Then I tried to reset my password it said I wasn't registered.

There is something wrong with that site.

I don't know what happened to Dr. Foster's. I ordered a crate from them after the big quake here and it arrived very quickly via USPS priority. This June when it was time to buy more heart guard plus, the base vet was out and the receptionist said they had just switched to a new ordering system so she didn't know when they would be getting it. She suggested I order online in case it didn't come in before I needed it. I ordered from Dr. Fosters and they have changed how they ship. It has gone fedx mail. which is where it goes by fedx ground (takes about a week) to the post office where it then gets mailed parcel post. Thank goodness the vet's office got the heart guard back in because I still haven't received my order. I haven't written a review for them.
I also order from petedge. My orders take any where from 4-10 days, which is great for here. Amazon is also great, as long as it is from Amazon and not one of there partners.

You know what I think that's what they did to me too. It was tracked as FedEx but then got changed to USPS. Took almost one week longer

This doesn't surprise me, it's common now for UPS and FedEx to transfer shipments to USPS. They contract with USPS for those deliveries because it is more cost effective. If UPS and FedEx had to make those deliveries they would be losing money. It's aggravating bc if you follow the tracking it appears as though your item will be delivered that day, only to be transferred to your local USPS and then it takes another day or two to finally get to you. I don't mind it so much if I'm getting free shipping for something. When I pay shipping charges like QVC will charge I expect better service. IMO, those vendors should just go ahead and contract with USPS. Items would get to you quicker if they didn't have to change hands so many times.

Does their website have facebook? I would probably comment on their fb - they'll delete it, but at least people will get to see it for a few minutes.

I get so upset when a company does that to me! If I pay for UPS to ship to me I expect them to deliver the package. I wish that if a business is offering "free" shipping they would at least let you know that it is going to take an extra week to get to you and offer the option of another method of shipping.
I paid what I thought was an outrageous amount to Best Bully to have some products shipped and then they had the package handed off to USPS!........ and that was after it took them several days even to send the package to start. I won't order from them again. It's less expensive to buy their products through ebay or Amazon anyway. Oh, the trials of online shopping!

Even if a company sells a dream product...if their custom service is stinky (as I feel this situation shows stinky customer service) I won't shop there.

If they are editing reviews because of a negative product review I for one am not going to shop there.

Think I'll send them a little comment of my thought on their review editing (not mentioning you or where I got my information).

I don't remember if I got free shipping or not, but I do agree with you.

I haven't checked to see if they have FB. I did post a few times on Entirely Pets page. I was surprised they didn't delete it, but rather "pretended" to try and resolve the issue by replying to me. After I answered their questions, they never got back to me.

I don't delete anyone's negative reviews or issues they have with my shop. I leave it there so people can see how we handle things. There is no company in the world that has 100% customer satisfaction. Also, I don't believe in replying to bad reviews on sites such as yelp. People can read and make their own decisions. Some people just love to hate on people and leave bad reviews. Readers can come to their own conclusions to if that person is a jerk or not and to believe their review or not. I think more companies should do this and stop trying to hide the bad reviews.
