Even if a company sells a dream product...if their custom service is stinky (as I feel this situation shows stinky customer service) I won't shop there.
If they are editing reviews because of a negative product review I for one am not going to shop there.
Think I'll send them a little comment of my thought on their review editing (not mentioning you or where I got my information). |
