This doesn't surprise me, it's common now for UPS and FedEx to transfer shipments to USPS. They contract with USPS for those deliveries because it is more cost effective. If UPS and FedEx had to make those deliveries they would be losing money. It's aggravating bc if you follow the tracking it appears as though your item will be delivered that day, only to be transferred to your local USPS and then it takes another day or two to finally get to you. I don't mind it so much if I'm getting free shipping for something. When I pay shipping charges like QVC will charge I expect better service. IMO, those vendors should just go ahead and contract with USPS. Items would get to you quicker if they didn't have to change hands so many times.
Does their website have facebook? I would probably comment on their fb - they'll delete it, but at least people will get to see it for a few minutes.
