| Drs Foster and Smith website So some of you may know I ordered some cool pads from this site. Not only did they take over a week and a half to get here, they didn't really work, and I thought about returning them but I decided to keep them. $29 each and I got two. Then I get an email to review the products. Ok, why not. So I submit a review and I get his response: "Your opinion is very important to us and the Drs. Foster and Smith community. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review about Gel Pet Mat Small. Unfortunately your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site. We encourage you to review our guidelines and resubmit your review about Gel Pet Mat Small. Thanks for being an active member of the Drs. Foster and Smith community. Sincerely, Drs. Foster and Smith" So I check the guidlelines: "Drs. Foster and Smith values your feedback! When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines: Focus on the product and your individual experience using it Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines: Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum Advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers, or websites Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information Critical or spiteful comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us directly." I did not use profanity, obscenities, spam, links, or spiteful comments. What I did say was I would not recommend this to friends bc this product did not work as specified unless put in the fridge or freezer! WTF! so they don't want my honest review on their site, then here it is. thought I found an alternative to Entirely Pets, maybe I was wrong.

| Not only did I try to re submit my review, but I have to log in first. I have my Foster and Smith email and passwork saved on my computer. it says it's wrong. I try to reregister and it wont let me. Also when I submitted the order they told me I'd get an email with the tracking info. I never got that email. This site sucks. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO FRIENDS. It's small and expensive and doesn't really work.

| That stinks! When I look at reviews I want honesty. This tells me they are not honest! Thanks for sharing. I will not be purchasing from them if that is the way they handle business.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I do sometimes wonder about reviews on different websites and if the negative reviews are edited or deleted. I believe Amazon lists the good, bad and ugly, as a consumer that is what I expect in reviews - honesty! I've ordered only one time from Drs Foster and Smith and that was several years ago. I usually can find the item I'm wanting through another vendor with better prices and shipping.

| I thought that's what I was doing? Or you mean a separate review of the pads?

Donating YT 500 Club Member | It depends upon what item I'm buying. I do a lot of comparison shopping, and often end up ordering through Amazon, Wayfair, ebay, the cooling mat was a QVC item I think. I placed an order Fri. through Walmart Marketplace for a grooming table shelf that Wayfair listed for $19.99 +s&h, the vendor Walmart used sells the same shelf for $19.99 but free shipping. I'll order from PetEdge when I need grooming products totaling over $100 to avoid the handling charge. Wayfair used to be one of my favorites, especially their clearance section, most items were 1/2 off w/free shipping. When it changed from CSN to Wayfair I noticed the price and shipping changed also.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Scroll down to the bottom of the page and go to their clearance section. Often times I'll find what I've been wanting to buy there, like pet steps, pet car seats, cat play tower for sons kitty. I noticed a grooming table arm there yesterday that was close to 1/2 off, a bargain for someone.
