I took Thor into the vet for his yearly checkup and mentioned his new "problem". The vet said she did not think it was getting stuck out because I can easily pull the sheath back over the erection (I have now done this several times, lord help me). She did say it could be a UTI, though again unlikely because I haven't seen a change in Thor's pee habits, there's no discharge, and she said everything looked normal after she examined the penis.

Her suggestion was that since he now has his pee string, he is probably licking it to taste the pee, which is resulting in some extra zing. So he's licking himself to get turned on AND to taste pee.... Sigh.

Now when I see Thor licking that area, I stop him to see if he needs a "sheath adjustment". Interestingly enough, me stopping him long enough to check on Mr. Peeper's (love that name, ha) status appears to have been enough to send Mr. Peeper back into hiding. So I am thinking maybe it is the taste of pee (SIGH), because even a gentle interruption appears to be enough to discourage Thor.

He's probably all, "I discovered this great new thing to do, and as usual, Mommy ruined it."

Oh my! I feel like I finally contributed something to YT. I'm so proud of myself!! I'm glad you like the name Mr Peepers. I didn't know what else to call it since well.... there it was the morning of Day 2 with Kaji. After reading what you wrote, and that article that someone else posted (thanks livingdustmops!!) I'm starting to think I turn Kaji on! What else explains Mr Peepers constant visits??? I'm a little creeped out by it though. Or should I be flattered????

What a funny thread! I'm glad little Thor, doesn't have a problem, and it's nice that we have another name to add to our growing list of nicknames. Mr. Peepers, is a great name, I also love "lipstick" and "red rocket." It's wierd because I always thought the word "Thor" was a great nickname for some . . . . maybe I'm saying too much.
