Her suggestion was that since he now has his pee string, he is probably licking it to taste the pee, which is resulting in some extra zing. So he's licking himself to get turned on AND to taste pee.... Sigh.

Now when I see Thor licking that area, I stop him to see if he needs a "sheath adjustment". Interestingly enough, me stopping him long enough to check on Mr. Peeper's (love that name, ha) status appears to have been enough to send Mr. Peeper back into hiding. So I am thinking maybe it is the taste of pee (SIGH), because even a gentle interruption appears to be enough to discourage Thor.

He's probably all, "I discovered this great new thing to do, and as usual, Mommy ruined it."
