Thinking a lot about you and little Max today. I really hope LSU will have answers and come to a concrete diagnoses . Glad the BAT tests came back normal, yet it is the not knowing part that I think is the most difficult.

Sentinel kills the larvae before it enters the infectious stage. According to the Novartis website, it is out of the system in two days:

Just got home. Initial exam all is normal. The team watched the youtube videos and said it's classic signs of head bobbing as well as focal seizures commonly associated with most yorkie diseases. However this is a rare case as there are no additional symptoms.

Max is in ICU being watched after.

LSU is:

1. repeating the bile acid test
1. Opthalmologic Exam
3. Brain MRI
4. Cerebrospinal fluid tap

They are testing for:
metabolic disease
congenital neurological disease
infections active/residual disease

Even after this $1500 in testing they may still have no idea what's wrong. Max is getting his MRI tomorrow at 11am assuming 1 and 2 come back normal.
