I know about the performation, but since you said that Deucie was bleeding much less, is it possible that the blood could be from an inflammation of the colon? Both of you have been through so much in the past few days, and stress can definitely bring on colitis. Yorkies have sensitive stomachs and intestines, and the stress often causes bleeding. I am praying for you and Deucie. I hope he gets better soon and that things start to get much brighter for you.

this sounds like pure blood though - is it OP as colitis is usually yellow jelly type poop with blood in it but this sounds much worse to me

That's my thinking, too.

This little guy needs to go to an emergency vet before he goes in to shock. Do not let them pat you on the head and send you home with orders to just watch him. He needs to be observed very, very closely.

Brenda...I'm so worried about Deucy...and you too. I thought he'd be over the bleeding by now and on the road to recovery. He's got to be getting weaker by the minute with that bleeding. I hope you can get him in somewhere...there's got to be something they can do for him. Hugs to you.

I totally agree. I am so worried about this guy. Take him back to the vet. He may require surgery. I don't want you to lose him.
