Senior Yorkie Talker | This is probably the last time I will post to this thread- because it is way too painful to keep reading. Randi I have reviewed your website, seen the photos, and read every word on the home page. I see that you have referenced UGA vet school, and other vets/neuro surgeon in atl area. I do not live far from you. My vet right here in the seat of Athens Ga immediately sent me to Upstate Vet Hospital in Greenville, SC...skipping over the uga vet school, because Upstate has have two guru surgeons for AAI pets. I have walked the AAI road with Ellie since mid January. I have walked the valley of death with Ellie numerous times, and with amazing emotional support and education about AAI we have learned to take one day at a time. We have placed dozens of emergency vet phone calls, and neuro sureon calls for the smallest of fears. Specifically- when Ellie yelps, or cried, or acted uncomfortable. Not for one second can I imagine such an innocent precious helpless baby go into a "SCREAMING" zone- nor can i imagine a Vet instructing to take steroids and hope she gets better. It isn't adding up. I pray you can find a way to get her IMMEDIATE relief...whatever that relief may need to be to ease her PAIN. This puppy is in PAIN if she is screaming. Can you at least get her to a new vet for a new opinion? one that specializes in AAI? I do NOT understand why she is not in a body brace right this very second...she is not just going to "heal" on her own without the neck support required to fuse her scar tissue. I feel like I am repeating myself on all of this in Roriee's behalf. I cannot stand hearing any more about the pain this puppy is said to be in So i shall now quietly PRAY for Roriee.

| I don't ever post to this kind of illness and I told myself I would not come back and read any more about Roiree. I came back hoping I would read that you had gotten help for her. This precious puppy is crying out in pain and you take pictures of her twisted body but you can't bring yourself to get help for her?? I can't sleep tonight thinking about this baby, can you sleep at night, I'm serious, can you sleep?

| This thread is disturbing on many levels. I saw the pictures. This poor dog needs help immediately - not four months from now or four weeks from now. NOW. |

I hope this pup gets the help she needs or at least put down so she no longer has to live in this pain.

| Anyone here who can verify that the OP has indeed contacted you to pick up this pup? OP.....you ask if we have compassion??? YES...we do...for your poor defenseless pup that you are using as a tool in my opinion. When I gave you information about vetting, I had not seen your site. This has been going on for a while. Your pup is screaming out in pain and you lolly gag around hoping someone is going to pay for her surgery. No...sorry...no compassion tonight for you. It is reserved for that poor little darling who could have ALREADY have been to the best vet possible and had surgery needed if her owner...NOT mother...had not been so selfish. I hope you are right and someone is going to pick her up..she needs to be as far from you as possible. This just turns my stomach inside out...I looked at those pics and almost threw up. NO EXCUSE to leave a pup like that. I don't care WHEN you took them...they are horrifying. I think I am going to call the vet listed on your page tomorrow. I really need to know if you can be reported for cruelty. Seriously.

| Well, well, mother of the year took the site down. Clearly you know you are wrong, or you would not do that. My suggestion to you is to find a way to help her NOW.... Sorry, Randi, but I was one step ahead of you and copied the entire site earlier today. I will be doing everything in my power to help her tomorrow morning since you refuse to do so and feel it is appropriate to leave her in such pain and agony. That IS cruelty to animals.

| I don't give a rat's behind what people think about me or what anyone says. ALL I care about is the welfare of pups who CANNOT take care of themselves. You have had some mighty conflicting stories and clearly I am NOT the only one who took issue with what you were saying and doing. People here who call me mean have NO idea who I am...they all come out of the woodwork and call people mean when it suits their "agenda". Not their first rodeo. I don't see THEM helping animals...just worrying about being "nice" to people who are mean to animals. Shameful. Every single person who spoke up against what this poor pup has been through did so for the good of the pup. Sure we all feel terrible for you on some level...but you are capable of caring for yourself!! Thank God she is going to get the help she should have! I don't know Olga but will trust that others do and know she will do the right thing.

| The OP is doing what she can to help this little girl. She deserves a TON of respect and support for giving this pup to rescue. Some people are quick to judge others and they have no idea what some people do to help animals, and they can be "nice" to people at the same time |
