| Snacked on Tuscan Flatbread - couple of slices 60 calores - very tasty and low, low fat.

| I just had some chicken/pork/veggie Potstickers with Thai Peanut Sauce, and they were ohhhhh so yummy. It's an appetizer for most but a meal for me. Much better than last nights lazy meal which was buttered popcorn.

| Black coffee and Honey Bun - haven't had one in a long while. Small but good all the same. However, I'll probably be starving by 10:00 a.m. and starve till get lunch. Tried some Silk Vanilla Almond Milk yesterday - I liked it. It was thicker than I thought. Same calcium, Vit. D but no fat, lactose, gluten and only 60 cals for a glass. Milk is pretty unfriendly to my tummy so tried this and bought Silk Vanilla Soy Milk, which I have tried before but almost double the calories per glass.

| Homemade choc shake made from Slim Fast Milk Chocolate Shake Powder, Silk Almond Milk and a little(1/4 cup) DQ Softserve vanilla ice ceam with crushed ice nicely blended - very cold and very thick. Since my WMD Burrito this tummy has not been happy and have had to baby it with soft type foods so gives me a good excuse to go the shake/malt route. Am dying for something non-sweet, though. Hopefully next week will be back to normal again!
