I actually fell asleep without eating my carb fest last night. Then bf woke in the middle of the night and ate the mashed potatoes. So none for me. Haven't had breakfast yet.

Nice broiled slice of chicken(shared some of with Tibbe), romaine lettuce w/touch of mayo and slice of tomato. Water. Maybe dull but satisfying and no guilt - not even for the dab of mayo!

I will take my star proudly as I had had evil thoughts of going out for something very fatty and fried. The heat is responsible for me staying good. Too hot to get out if don't have to.

Had another half of a Chipotle salad, this time with beef. I have to say I like their chicken better. The steak was kind of chewy and had that overcooked powdery texture to it.

Oh I was so naughty today. Woke up in a funk, and needed some Carl's Jr. Went to two different locations and they were both gone! So mad! finally got my Famous Star WITH cheese, I usually never get cheese, extra pickles and yes I got mayo, and then got 2 chicken and cheese enchiladas!

Then for 2nd meal bf got chinese food! Fried rice! Spinach chicken (that wasn't too bad) and steamed dumplings.

Now I am hungry again....

that makes 2 of us. I had chicken enchiladas for dinner, and I even had an extra one, which I rarely do. Now I'm hungry. I should be asleep since my dad is taking me to work with him tomorrow, but as always I just can't sleep. And I'm hungry. Not a good combination. Oh and Kaji's annoyed. All this typing is disrupting his beauty sleep.

I tried Nancy's breakfast oatmeal recipe. Admittedly, I did not include all of the ingredients. Don't tell her, but it is what I imagine prisoners are forced to eat in jail.

Kidding, it wasn't that bad. It would have been better with some chocolate added.
