|  Half a sandwich with turkey, ham, swiss and ortega chile, with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, and half of a half a lox, cream cheese, tomato, onion bagel. and a bite or two of cinnamon apples afterward. And maybe a few bagel chips too.

| That sounds like a good sandwich. I was naughty and had a chocolate frap. We are grilling chicken and steaming veggies now.

| Woman, you are killing me!!!!!!! I had an Equate Weight Watchers Chocolate Shake as my tummy is feeling funky so I had to treat it gently today. A Philly Cheesesteak onions/pickles sounds like pure, unadulterated heaven on earth right now!
