Just a Chocolate Caramel Special K Protein Bar. Once I got in there, nothing in the kitchen sounded good so just settled for something that I didn't have to cook.

Cream of chicken soup, Tuscan crackers, sweet tea and for dessert, fried apples w/cinnamon over a dish of Lime Sherbet. Wonderful dinner.

Honey Bun and coffee for breakfast and Orange Smoothie for lunch. Plopped the whole orange into the blender - peel and all with only the ends cut off! It was good since had to add sugar to overcome the peel taste! I'm so full could pop.
