Black coffee and Honey Bun - haven't had one in a long while. Small but good all the same. However, I'll probably be starving by 10:00 a.m. and starve till get lunch.
Tried some Silk Vanilla Almond Milk yesterday - I liked it. It was thicker than I thought. Same calcium, Vit. D but no fat, lactose, gluten and only 60 cals for a glass. Milk is pretty unfriendly to my tummy so tried this and bought Silk Vanilla Soy Milk, which I have tried before but almost double the calories per glass.
