Tendon is so good. When it's done right it is just so soft and melts in your mouth. Feels like fat, but it's not fat! Now for people who don't like eating fat I can understand not liking it bc of the texture, but it is just so yummy and more for me!

I just bought some today from the chinese market. I'm going to make beef noodle soup with chunks of beef and tendon with meatballs and preserved veggies in spicy broth. can't wait!

I wonder if it tastes good and what it's made out of. Those colors can't be natural. LOL Who cares, it's FREAKING HELLO KITTY!!!

Does anyone loooooove Ethiopian/Eritrean food? Omg, I love it so much.

My number one food is a tie btwn Ethiopian and sushi.

I've never had Ethopian food before. And there is an entire section in Hollywood that has all their restaurants! I've never been invited by anyone, so I've never had it. But I have heard good things.

That's a pretty good idea.

btw Suzi, I got an email from El Capitan today (buy tix for Pirates 4 click here!) and clicked and they were all sold out LOL. The officially announced they are displaying props and costumes, but I already knew that can't wait! They're gonna kill a mermaid! mermaid sushi!

Uh, well if she does... when part 3 came out, on ebay there were people selling their tix for WAY over face value, for the 3:15AM showing! I wanted to buy extra tix to sell but bf said no. I bet we could have made some money on that.

My sister turned me on to Ethiopian food! I love that the table cloth is the eating untesil!

It's called Injera - it is FABULOUS
