| ![]() I planned to do the MC last time with everyone but we were in the middle of a move and I just didn't think I could handle both. But... now I am SO ready! I have been eating so unhealthy and I feel really gross. After re-reading this thread I am pumped! I had bought the ingredients for the cleanse in Jan so I am ready and planning to start tomorrow. Time for spring cleaning! ![]()

| ![]() Well poo- guess I'm on my own. I'm drinking the tea right now and I have to say I like it. For anybody who is at all interested, I figured out the calories consumed per day on the MC. I know it's not about weight loss but I have an absurd need to know how many calories everything has. It's like my weird little hobby. ![]() 104.8 cal. per 2 T maple syrup 5 cal per 2 T lemon juice 2 cal. per cup of tea sooo... if you have the minimum of 6 servings a day and 1 cup of tea it's 667 calories.

| ![]() Thanks that's good to know! Me and hubby are going to do it again soon. We just felt really good after the 10 days of MC and then the 2 days of OJ. It was definately worth it! Good luck! |

| ![]() I think you will do fine. Yes the first 3 days for me was rough. But I look back at it now and that week that I started was the week before my period. I am always crazy carving ALL sorts of stuff, so I think that just made those first 3 days even worse for me. But after that, it was a breeze! ![]() |

My husband's friend couldn't stand any of the ingredients mixed together. He would drink the lemonaide then the syrup and then mix the cayenne pepper with water and shoot it down as fast as he could. | |

| ![]() I'm very interested in this, but how do you not gain that weight back??? It seems like to me that you're basically just losing water weight?

| ![]() You are losing more than just water weight, you are forcing your body to burn stored fat by drinking the drink. You are giving your body a break from working soooooooooo hard to break down solid foods into liquids that your body uses. I just sent you the PDF. You'll learn from there. Good luck! Let us know what you decide and how you do. It really is a Cleanse and it is really worth it. You'd be amazed at what is actually left in your body over time. ![]() |

| ![]() Okay, I officially read through this entire thread, and I'm opting NOT to do this, lol. It sounds pretty horrible to me, and I'm glad for those who got great results and felt awesome on it.. but it's just not for me. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() This is my 1st day woohoo! I know I said I was gonna do it last time but I tried and I couldn't because of work and school but today I had off so at least now I can get used to it. I'm just thirsty. I haven't drank the lemonade yet but just the tea. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() I am drinking the SWF now, and it's too much! You;re supposed to drink a quart right? I CANNOT drink stuff fast, I take my time so it's hard. But I'm doing it slowly. Yuck. And the tea alone hasn't really helped me go to the bathroom. I drank one last night and this morning and I only went once this morning but for like 2 mins. I don't know why it hasn't worked. |

| ![]() I had forgotten about this!!! It's wonderful! About 10 - 15 years ago I used to do this a couple of times a year for cleansing. Only back then the tea and salt water flush weren't part of the program. The first couple of days could be a little rough sometimes - it depends on how long its been since you've done a cleanse - but after that you won't believe how much energy and clarity you will have. I would usually do it for about 2 weeks, but one time I did it for 20-something days. It always amazed me how you don't feel hungry... In recent years I've been doing the Colonix cleanse. Perhaps I'll try the Master Cleanse this Spring. Good luck all of you that are trying it!
