I am drinking the SWF now, and it's too much! You;re supposed to drink a quart right? I CANNOT drink stuff fast, I take my time so it's hard. But I'm doing it slowly. Yuck. And the tea alone hasn't really helped me go to the bathroom. I drank one last night and this morning and I only went once this morning but for like 2 mins. I don't know why it hasn't worked.
