I actually haven't been able to start yet. Hopefully I can start this weekend. Where did you guys buy the tea. The only kind I found was loose tea - I prefer tea bags and do you guys use the cayene pepper pills and just break them apart.

I'm drinking the SWF right now and I'm with you. A freaking QUART?!! I made 2 c (1/2 qt) so I'll see how that works. The same thing happened to me with the tea. I had 1 yesterday morning and got, um, very little results. I was afraid to drink another last night in case the 1st on finally kicked in but I figured I'd better. Well... I was fortunate enough to see 2:30 am and 3:30 am (with added bonus of cramps). ![]() Yesterday wasn't too bad for me overall. I think the lack of caffeine is the hardest part. Luckily I didn't get withdrawal headaches until yesterday evening but I felt pretty sluggish for most of the day. I did lose 1 1/2 lbs. On to day 2!

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() AahhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHH I didn't make it to day 2!! LOL So I went to my bfs house at the end of day one because his mom was going out of the country and I wanted to say bye and they cooked some really good smelling food and I broke down and ate 2 plates!!! I was perfectly fine at home but once I went to his house I cracked and got really hungry. I am going to start again tommorrow. I actually like the lemonade though, it's good. The SWF not so much! I def. can't drink THAT much, maybe only a cup. And the tea makes me go a WHOLE day later so I dunno how I'm gonna do that... |

| ![]() I'm doing it again as I broke the cleanse last time earlier than planned. On day 2 today, doing good but was unable to do the flush this morning due to a busy morning. I miss eating but my body does not feel hungry, it's the action of eating that I miss but I am determined to stay strong! ![]() Keep going girls, your doing great!!! ![]() |

| ![]() Those of you sticking to this rock! I couldn't do it. It wasn't the not eating that got me but the lack of caffeine. I had terrible headaches and just felt lethargic. I know it's normal to feel like hell at the begining but I totally wimped out. Good luck to all of you strong girls! ![]()

| ![]() WOW that's great that you stuck it out past Day 3. That's how I was too! I HATED those 3 days, I had such cravings, I had a headache too, but I did break down and I took Sinus PM Meds (only for night 2 and night 3). I get lots of sinus headaches that are just horrible so I had to take something. But Day 4 the sun was shinning on me. And then the rest of the days just past by quickly. I wasn't starving, but I was getting hunger pains in my tummy towards the end of cleanse. I only drank 6 of the 'brew' per day. No other water and I did chew on a tiny little peice of gum, here and there. I will be doing it again soon! Maybe I can last for 14 days this time. Good Luck everyone - you are doing great! ![]() |

| ![]() I lost 9-10 lbs. My husband lost 24 lbs. This cleanse is definately tough - no doubt about it. But it is only 10 days, and really most of the cravings are in our heads. At the end I was realived that is was over, but happy of the waste that I got rid of hahahahaha ![]() |
