OK, I just got the Celetic Sea Salt that I was waiting for. I am going to Trader Joes tomorrow to get Grade B Maple.
Me and Troy (DH) are starting this Saturday. I wish we could wait and go along with everyone here, but that's just too late for us. We are going back to Italy in the beginning of February, so we must start sooner!
