Ok here's how you make the lemonade drink:
 
10 oz Water (I thought it was 8 oz but in the book it said 10 oz)
2 TBSP Grade B Maple Syrup
2 TBSP FRESH Lemon (or Lime) Juice (This is approximately 1/2 lemon/lime)
1 10th of a TSP Cayenne Pepper (Just a small pinch!) 
This mixture is equivalent to ONE drink. You are supposed to drink about 10-12 of these EVERY SINGLE DAY. 

 In addition, you may drink as much water as you like. You may even have 1 cup of peppermint tea ONLY (no milk, sugar or sweet n low) once a day. 
You also have to do either: 
(1) Salt Water Flush (SWF) every morning + Smooth Move Tea every night 
OR (for those of us, like me, who work and can't do the SWF every morning because we can't be in the crapper too long 

 hahaha) 
(2) Smooth Move Tea every morning + Smooth Move Tea every night 
I am going to do the SWF every Saturday and Sunday morning. But Monday - Friday I am going to do Smooth Move mornin gand night.
