| devoted to Lucy! I had been divorced 2 years when I met my husband. I'd dated a couple of men, but I could tell they wanted me alone, not my kids. Well, love me, love my kids! Anyway, my husband saw me go into a friend's house. He was working with her husband and remembered me from high school. He asked her about me and she told him about my divorce, 2 sons, etc. He called me that Wednesday night and set up a date for that Saturday. When he knocked and I opened the door, I thought "BINGO", this is the one! He had this big, beautiful, white smile and after we went out to dinner, we sat on the sofa and talked until 2:am...... That was 20 years ago! Kim and Lucy |

| I met my boyfriend a really long time ago. We are from the same small town in NY. We went to school together our whole lives and we really met in 4th grade when we were in the same class. We were really good friends in middle school and then in high school we started dating. I am only 21 but we have been together for 5 1/2 years and he even followed me to Texas. One day we will get married but not just yet. I like the way things are right now.

| I met my bf a little over three years ago on the 4th of July. My friends bf at the time told me that he was bringing a couple of friends from Northern California to our annual 4th of July party in Newport Beach. He brought one. Needless to say, I had been drinking a lot that day and ended up in conversation with him for a long time. Can't tell you what we talked about because I don't remember. We ended up hanging out the entire day and night. He then ended up staying for the next two nights too. When he left a few days later, I remember looking in my rear view mirror at him. I was kind of bummed because I thought nothing would come of our weekend together. We exchanged numbers, but I figured he wouldn't call because he lived so far away. Well he did call and we started seeing eachother as often as we could for the next year and a half. We moved in together in March of last year and recently got engaged. We are getting married on April 14, 2007. On a little side note, my friend Sharal married Brian's friend Tom in September of last year. I have been friends with Sharal since I was five and Brian and Tom have been friends since they were five. When I was a little girl, I always thought it would be cool to marry a guy that was good friends with my best friends husband. Well now, it is actually happening. I am so fortunate to have met Brian when I did and I truly feel that it was our destiny to be together.

Same story here, we used to cruise every Saturday night! My friend went and started talking to his best friend, and they exchanged phone numbers. We started hanging out alot, me and my best friend and him and his best friend. We have been together for 5 and 1/2 years and still going strong!

| HMMMM--it's kind of blurry. I drank too much one night and when I woke up the next morning he was there. He just would not go away. So I married him. Actually, we met through work. He was my company's biggest client. The boss treated me a lot nicer after I married him!! |

| I met my common law in a chat room 4 years ago!! We each have children from previous marriages so instead of having more children we decided to share our love with dogs and a cat..cant forget the cat lol...we resuced Sadie (Boykin Spaniel) from a housefull of teenagers that kept her in a basement for a year. She was very neglected and VERY hard to train. She is now 4 years old and one of the best mannered doggys you have ever met. Next we adopted Jesse the cat from the OSPCA. These two babies are really attached to my CL. A few months ago we adopted Darla (yorkie/bichon) she is definetly MY dog...she chose me as her human!! We are in the process of bringing a little male yorkie home..next weekend!! Our kids have a mouse and a bearded dragon...regular zoo..but I wouldnt have it any other way!! Dawn |

| My husband and I went to school together - plus our parents knew each other, they had went to school together too and were friends growing up because their parents were friends with each other. - crazy, huh? Anyway, I always liked him in school, but I didn't see him much until I got into HighSchool. I was the honor roll student, cheerleader, worked in the office, etc .....he was the "bad" boy, barely made it through school (even though he is super smart), the cool crowd, etc . We started dating probably when I was somewhere in 9th grade (maybe closer to the end) and we have been together since! At the time of us dating, I just had family pets (like an outdoor farm cat and a cocker spaniel). We didn't get Mojo until three years ago (my answer to another child) and he just LOVES Mojo to death! First, he didn't know what to do with a small, foo-foo dog (what he called him) because he is a big, manly guy that has always had big hunting/sporting labs. Anyway, Mojo melted his heart and they are now inseparatable!
