| My husband eats out alot too. He usually goes to Boston Market where he can have everything but the meatloaf. He drinks Ice tea rather than the sodas. He always checks the points before he eats anywhere. You can get on the net and check the nutritional value of alot of restaurants food.

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Well Girl - you've had me thinking ALL day about what you did...I'm really impressed. That took lots of work and you really did it - the transformation is really amazing and I just bet you have so much energy now. That's one reason I need to get back to my normal weight - besides the physical problems that come with weight gain (even a small amount) - the emotional stress is there too - BUT....when you KNOW you look great - it relieves so much stress / self loathing - and THAT makes you feel wonderful ! So....You must be feeling VERY WONDERFUL !!! |

| I needed to lose about 15 pounds and like Lauren, I too just counted calories. Here's the website I used if anyone is interested. http://www.fitday.com/ It will help monitor your calorie intake. It has been a while since I revisited as I did my goal about 5 years ago. I marked my birthday as my goal date and used this site to log all my food intake along with exercise . . . I have gone back to eating bad but since I have been so busy with other things (like taking care of my furbabies) , somehow my weight never ever goes up anymore! |
