LOL...no prob! I am NOOOOO cook! So I ate out A LOT, which was hard at first, but became a lot easier when I knew how many points everything has! If I went shopping, I bought stuff that was low in points like the StarKist Tuna Packs, and ate them for a snack or a light lunch. I drank TONS of water, and I could have all the diet sodas I wanted! I LOVE LOVE LOVE fast food, and thats what got me to 200lbs in the beggining! But the great thing was, I didnt have to give it up! I still eat out almost everyday, I am just MUCH more aware of what I eat now. If I want to have a burger I eat a burger, I just get no mayo or chesse, and ask for ketchup and mustard and lots and lots of veggies! Its only 6 points, which is NOT a lot! My fav fast food are Jack in the box! I love their tacos!! They are suprisingly only 3 points!! So I ate A LOT of those!!! If I went out for dinner at restaurants, I always planned ahead, I looked online to see what types of food had how many points, that way I had a good Idea when I got to the restaurant and ordered, I knew how to stay in my point range! Sushi is also a huge staple in my "diet" (its more like a life change lol), its SOOOOOO low in points, so I could eat A LOT of it!
