I needed to lose about 15 pounds and like Lauren, I too just counted calories. Here's the website I used if anyone is interested. http://www.fitday.com/ It will help monitor your calorie intake. It has been a while since I revisited as I did my goal about 5 years ago. I marked my birthday as my goal date and used this site to log all my food intake along with exercise . . .

I have gone back to eating bad but since I have been so busy with other things (like taking care of my furbabies) , somehow my weight never ever goes up anymore!
