Honestly, I could have done a lot more!! The only exercising I did was walking at night after work/class, and I pushed my pups in their stroller while I did this. I only did it a few times a week for an hour or so each time! It made a difference though. I noticed that the weeks that I did this, I lost about 2-2.5lbs those weeks. The weeks that I didnt, I lost 0.5-1.0 lb. Thanks everyone for all of your really kind words, it means the world to me! It truly keeps me motivated to keep doing it!! Thank you!!
