| You look amazing !!!!!!!! Congratulations!!! I weighed 170 after my son was born 15 years ago. I have maintained myself at 120. You learn to discipline yourself and you have learned how to reward yourself with things instead of treats like cakes an cookies. I amso happy for you  |

| You should be very proud of yourself, that is not an easy thing to do. You will find it is easier to find clothes on sale now too !!!!

| You look great! Congratulations! You deserve a new wardrobe for this accomplishment. You can tell it's the same person in the before and after photos because of some of your facial features, but without being told it's the same person, I don't think I would have ever noticed! |

| CONGRATS!! and for the record, you look AMAZING!!!!!!! i dont diet (im only 12 ya know!  ) but i do watch what i eat like my mom bought weight watchers muffins and chocolate cake (yummy) and they are low in calorie and delisious (sp)! its not about depriving yourself its moderation

Donating Member  | OK Hollywood - you motivated me so much by your loss that I'm SO PUMPED to lose 25 lbs now - I just ordered Nutrisystems and can't wait to get started !! They guarantee 10-12 per month Without exercise - more with...and I AM going to exercise. I've been in such a rut lately and am so excited about this - I know you did WW - but I'm not good at measureing and have too many temptations around with my husband...that I think a more structured plan would work - SO.....I hope to be joining you in the size 4 soon - or are you a size 2 now LOL !!! |

I was 114 Two years ago - and have gained 25 LBS !! Hitting the 40's sucks but my willpower has just left me totally along with my metabolism. I feel I'll do really well with this and checked it out first with others who said it DOES work and the food is good - what's even better is NO HUNGER ! YAY that's 3/4 of the battle with me and NO hormones or metabolism ! | |
