| Here is another Not to sure about this one but she said it is good.... CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE · 15 ½ oz. can butter beans, drained and rinsed · 1 cup unsweetened cocoa · ¾ cup reduced fat peanut butter · 1 Tbsp. Vanilla · 5 cups confectioners sugar ~Heat beans in microwave 1-2 minutes until hot; process in food processor until smooth. Add cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla-blend to combine. Place in large bowl-add sugar 1 cup at a time, kneading by hand--dough will be stiff. If crumbly, add ½ tsp. of water at a time until dough is smooth. Spray an 8 x 8 pan w/cooking spray. Press fudge mixture into pan using waxed paper (which has been sprayed w/cooking spray) and a spatula. Leave wax paper on to stop drying out. Refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour). Cut into 64 squares- 8 down, 8 across. Keep wrapped & refrigerated. Makes 64 squares of fudge at 1 point each. Enjoy! |

| Crockpot Stuffing Crock Pot Stuffing 1 1/2 loaves (33 slices) lite bread 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup sliced mushrooms 2 cups chicken broth Poultry seasoning Sage Nature's Seasoning (made by Morton) Butter Buds (or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray) Sauté vegetables in chicken broth. Put cubed bread in crock pot and add vegetables, seasonings and butter buds to taste. Mix well and cook on low setting 4-6 hours. May add more chicken broth for moister stuffing. 1 cup = 3 points? The poster says 3 points but we figured 1 point per cup...the bread should only be 16 or 17 points if it's TWO slices for 1 point...I'll let you know the final consensus. |
