½ cup brown sugar
1 can pumpkin
1 - 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 - 12 oz. fat free cool whip
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin and spices, beat
until blended. Mix in gelatin. Fold in cool whip. Pour into sprayed 9x13
pan. Chill - cut into 18 services.
