| Okay... I need your help! Below is a picture of what I have for light in my bedroom. I'm fine with it but apparently, it looks too cheap and I'm ordered to take it down.  I don't want a floor lamp so... any ideas? Something simple but looks decent. 20151203_214149.jpg |

| Um, yeah, I also hereby order you to take down that... thing immediately! Lighting looks best when it comes in from a window, or in the case of a light, at eye level, so if you don't want a floor lamp, I'd suggest a wall sconce. though if you don't already have the wiring, you'll have to have an electrician come in. Lowe's has many styles and many of them are modern and clean.

| I agree, that light has got to go.  An electrician can easily tap into the wires of a nearby outlet to install a wall sconce. How about side tables and lamps? I put in recessed can lights in my bedroom and I don't really like the light. I only use them when I play with the dogs in the room at night.
